Alison's long-time friend Simón Lowrie joins the pod to talk about his experience growing up homeschooled with one of his brothers while their older brother was a child prodigy. We discuss both the merits and shortcomings of deciding to homeschool kids. It can be a refuge for kids who don't fit into public schools but it can also be a haven for religious zealots to spread propaganda.
